Ten Things I Have Learned About The Sea
Such a beautiful documentation of one’s trip from Los Angeles to Shanghai, on a container ship.
Back it up.
Yup, it happens to everyone. Except I wasn’t prepared this time. Losing 11G of photos and video, isn’t the best way to celebrate the weekend. So for being an idiot, that’s what I get. Of course I backed up everything but those photos that I had just taken from an amazing hiking weekend. So enough of the boo-hooing, Frank Chimero talks about his set up, and he also talks about...

C60 Music Player
I saw this on DBYBRN earlier today. Lets just say that I would totally buy one. I would love to design the play cards for each album too and print them. So great.
50 & 50
If you’re living in a hole then this post might be for you. If you’re paying attention you have seen some pretty rad illustrations coming from the Fifty and Fifty State Mottos project Dan Cassaro from Young Jerks has created. There are some great things to look at from Matt Stevens to Mikey Burton to Tad Carpenter and many more. It’s the whole gang. SThere are 50 states. If you...
Joshua Davis and IBM
If you’ve been watching Jeopardy this week, they’ve brought the best of the best to beat IBM’s Watson. Here is a little tidbit on the creation of Watson. One of my favorite artists, designers, technologists and flash genius’, Joshua Davis is part of creating “the face of Watson”.

Patrick Seabase vs. Swiss-Italian Alps
I haven’t posted much bike stuff lately but since the weather is like this, I figured it would be a good fit. I agree with HY when he is coming out of the tunnel, it is epic.

You all have already seen it, I’m just putting it here for later in life. Who knows, you may see him walking around in the studio.
AU ThinkTank is blowin up.
Kelly part of the AU ThinkTank is documenting their trips to see and hear awesome people. Feeding the mind is always a good thing.
Here is the most recent video. They visited Nick at The Half and Half for a studio tour/talk. Then went on to hear Debbie Millman speak (i’m a bit jealous). Keep it up AU ThinkTank, you have brought a tear to my eye.

Lani's-Jay Hendricks
The 52 Week Project. Jay Hendricks is going to shoot, edit, cut, dodge, dive, duck, jump and create a video every week. He is always on the look out for inspiration through other artists and videographers. No matter the content in the videos he is going to create, and the quality that comes from them, he is doing something and is sticking with it. That says a lot. This is his most recent video...
Ohhh, here it is.
I’ve been looking for this blog called “design+life”. Finally found it.
Yeah, so as you may be able to tell, things have been busy around here. So I haven’t posted much. Working in the studio and then at home in the shop printing has taken it’s toll. So some things are going to be changing soon. I can’t announce what they are yet, but I think they’re...

Indie Craft Parade
Recently there has been a lot of buzz about the Indie Craft Parade here in Greenville, SC, which is awesome. Sponsored by Etsy, this event is gonna be amazing. Shake Shack
Locations in NY and Miami, the Shake Shack sounds like an awesome place to grab a burger and beer. The Shake Shack cuts no corners when it comes to quality, all ingredients are fresh and local. All food is cooked and made to order. Also, if you are in the mood, and not sure when you should leave for your lunch break, look at the ShackCam, and see how many people are in line!

The Parlor Presents Madi Diaz & The Civil Wars
Most of you know, Saturday night was the first night of The Parlor’s first show. The show featured Madi Diaz & The Civil Wars. It was a huge success. The intimate feeling was amazing and it was a show you listened too instead of chatting it up with friends. The great part is that we documented everything that happened that night. These are a few screenshots from some footage of the...
